At Noorify Products, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

    • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

    • Watches with removed tags or signs of wear are not eligible for return.

  2. Return Process

    • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving the item.

    • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.

    • Our team will review and confirm if your return is eligible.

  3. Approved Returns

    • If approved, we will share the return address.

    • Customer is responsible for sending the product back via any courier.

    • Shipping charges for return are to be paid by the customer.

  4. Refunds

    • Refund is issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

    • Refund is made via bank transfer or EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 working days.

    • In case of product exchange, a new item will be sent after return is received.

  5. Non-Returnable Items

    • Used or damaged items.

    • Items returned without original box or packaging.

    • Any item returned after the 3-day window.

  6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

    • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours.

    • Share clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.

    • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
